A new sign has been installed to help iden­tify the club­house for res­i­dents, guests and ven­dors and land­scap­ing will be planted around the sign in the next week.  The club­house, deck and stor­age build­ing will be painted the week of May 21^st and will  take about 5 days to com­plete.   Thank you for your patience dur­ing this time.

The pool is now open for the sea­son.  Pool hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM.  Have a great summer!

A num­ber of cars on Mossy Hollow were bro­ken into last night, March 28^th, and per­sonal items were taken.  Please remem­ber to lock your vehi­cles, do not leave items inside and turn on out­door light­ing to increase secu­rity.  If your car has been bro­ken into or van­dal­ized please call the Coweta County Sheriff’s office at 770−253−1502 and file a report.  Thank you.

Please review Covenant arti­cle 7.4 Vehicle Parking.  There have been a num­ber of trail­ers parked in yards which is in vio­la­tion of the covenant.  Please call the club­house (770−251−1044) if you will have an RV, boat, trailer, etc. parked for longer than 24 hours so you do not receive a covenant notice.  Please con­sider the over­all appear­ance of the com­mu­nity; we all want Brookstone to look its best!

The 2012 annual dues in the amount of $375.00 were due on January 31, 2012.  If you have not made your pay­ment please mail your pay­ment as soon as pos­si­ble to Brookstone Park HOA, 3150 Highway 34 East, Suite 209 Box248, Newnan, GA 30265 or drop it off in the drop box at the clubhouse.  If you have any ques­tions please call the club­house, 770–251-1044, and leave a mes­sage.   Your call will be returned promptly.  Thank you.
