Landscaping / Cleaning Bids
The Board of Directors will be accepting bids for landscaping and clubhouse cleaning services for 2011. If you know of a person or company that would be interested in bidding please have them call the clubhouse at 770-251-1044 and leave their name and contact information no later than September 1st. They will be called with the information needed to submit a bid for the service. Liability and workman’s compensation insurance is required. Thank you.

Army Worms on the Move
There is currently an infestation of army worms (caterpillars) attacking lawns in Coweta County. Please open the attached link to the Newnan Times Herald article which gives you information on how to treat your lawn. Wild Animal Reports On Rise
There have been reports of an increase of wildlife in Coweta County and pets missing from yards in our subdivision. Our community is surrounded by woodlands and is an ideal breeding area for coyotes, foxes, raccoons, rattlesnakes, opossums, etc. and these animals are looking for easy prey to feed their young. As published Thursday, June 17, 2010 Newnan Times Herald by Elizabeth Richardson ”It is normal this time of year for foxes and coyotes to be out in the day” said city’s animal control officer, Cyndi Hoffman. “These animals are having litters now that they are trying to feed, so they are hunting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week”. Yard of the Month – June 2010
The winner of the Yard of the Month for June is Judy and Scott Meeks at 165 Brookstone Crest. Judy and Scott did a complete makeover on their yard last year and it really has come into its own with the new designer mailbox. This put their yard on top.
