BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

JUNE 15, 2010

1. Call To Order
   Dick Powell called the meet­ing to order at 6:35 PM at the Brookstone Park clubhouse.
2. Roll Call And Establishment Of A Quorum
   Board of Directors Present: Dick Powell, Bill Landry, and Sharon Ferry.

   Also In Attendance: Barbara Landry

3. Adoption Of Minutes
   Motion made by Sharon Ferry to adopt April 20, 2010 min­utes, 2^nd by Bill Landry. 

   Vote approved unanimously.

4. Covenant Committee Report
   Lawn notices will be sent on Monday, other notices sent as needed.

   Parking – no park­ing on grass or off dri­ve­way areas.

5. Clubhouse Committee Report
   Discuss pool use issues at October mem­ber­ship meeting. 
6. Community Improvements
   Install motion detec­tor lights at pool and park­ing areas.
7. Budget Review
   March/​April bank state­ments reviewed and account balanced.
8. Attorney Update
   Liens filed with Coweta County for non-​​payment of 2010 dues.

   Have attor­ney review county ordi­nances for install “No Trespassing” and “No Soliciting” signs.

9. Determination of Next Meeting
   Next Brookstone Park HOA meet­ing will be August 17, 2010.
