BROOKSTONE PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
JUNE 21, 2011

1. CALL TO ORDER

   Dick Powell called the meet­ing to order at 6:30 PM at the Brookstone Park clubhouse.

2. ROLL CALL AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A QUORUM

   Board of Directors Present: Dick Powell, Bill Landry, and Sharon Ferry.

3. ADOPTION OF MINUTES

   Motion made by Sharon Ferry to adopt April 8, 2011 min­utes.  2^nd by Bill Landry.

   Motion approved unanimously.

4. BUDGET REVIEW

   April/​May bank state­ments and bud­get reviewed and account balanced.

5. COMMITTEE REPORTS
   1. Social – Community BBQ at the pool, Saturday, July 9^th, will be spon­sored by Publix.
   2. Clubhouse – (Pool ven­dor) Coles ter­mi­nated, new con­tract with J&M Pools.
   3. Clubhouse – (Security Lighting) hire ven­dor to repair secu­rity lighting.
6. DETERMINATION OF NEXT BOARD MEETING

   Next Brookstone Park board meet­ing will be held August 16, 2011.

7. ADJOURNMENT

   Motion made by Dick Powell to adjourn, 2^nd by Bill Landry.
