BROOKSTONE PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
AUGUST 16, 2011

1. CALL TO ORDER
   Dick Powell called the meet­ing to order at 6:35 PM at the Brookstone Park clubhouse.
2. ROLL CALL AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A QUORUM
   Board of Directors Present: Dick Powell, Sharon Ferry

   Also present: Mike Hineline

3. ADOPTION OF MINUTES
   Motion made by Dick Powell to adopt June 21, 2011 min­utes.  2^nd by Sharon Ferry.

   Motion approved unanimously.

4. BOARD/​COMMITTEE RESIGNATIONS
   Barbara Landry resigned as Covenant Chairperson.

   Bill Landry resigned as Vice President effec­tive 8÷12÷2011.

5. BUDGET REVIEW
   June/​July bank state­ments and bud­get reviewed and account balanced.
6. HOMEOWNER CONCERN
   Mike Hineline expressed con­cerns and rec­om­men­da­tions regard­ing covenant notices.

   Board will dis­cuss con­cerns and rec­om­men­da­tions for future notices.

7. CLUBHOUSE  REPORT
   Security light­ing repaired, light sen­sors installed.

   Solicit bids for pool tile replacement.

   Pool closes September 24.  Post on web­site; ask for vol­un­teers to help store furniture.

8. HOA ELECTIONS
   Distribute self nom­i­na­tion forms week of September 18, replies due by October 3.

   Prepare for October annual home­own­ers meeting.

9. DETERMINATION OF NEXT BOARD MEETING
   Next Brookstone Park board meet­ing will be held October 18, 2011.
10. ADJOURNEMENT
    Meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM.
