BROOKSTONE PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
OCTOBER 18, 2011

1. CALL TO ORDER
   Dick Powell called the meet­ing to order at 6:30 PM at the Brookstone Park clubhouse.
2. ROLL CALL AND ESTABLISMENT OF A QUORUM
   Board of Directors Present: Dick Powell, Sharon Prince.Also Present: Janine Wells
3. ADOPTIONS OF MINUTES
   Motion made by Sharon Prince to adopt August 16, 2011 min­utes, 2^nd by Dick Powell.Motion approved unanimously.
4. BUDGET REVIEW
   August/​September bank state­ments and bud­get reviewed and account balanced.
5. CLUBHOUSE REPORT
   1. Pool tile replaced.  3 bids solicited, 2 quotes received.  J&M Pools low­est quote, replaced tiles for $3,960.00.
   2. Pool sign replaced.  $250.00.
6. HOA ELECTIONS
   1 self nom­i­na­tion form sub­mit­ted, Janine Wells for Secretary.  Floor opened at annual meet­ing for self nom­i­na­tion, no one vol­un­teered.  Dick Powell will remain President for 2012, Sharon Prince will move to Vice President for 2012.
7. HOLIDAY PARTY/​DECORATION CONTEST
   Distribute flyer for Holiday Party on 12/​10, dec­o­ra­tion con­test judg­ing on ¹²⁄₁₄.
8. 2012 BOARD MEETING DATES
   2/​7, 4/​17, 6/​19, 8/​14, 10/​16, ¹²⁄₁₁.
9.  DETERMINATION OF NEXT BOARD MEETING
   Next Brookstone Park board meet­ing will be held on December 20, 2011.

    Meeting adjourned at 7:15 PM.
