Closing Attorney Information

Attention home­own­ers! If you are sell­ing your home, please ask your clos­ing attor­ney to con­tact the neigh­bor­hood trea­surer, Sharon Ferry, via email at saferry1@charter.net. The clos­ing attorney’s office needs to obtain a clos­ing let­ter from the home­own­ers asso­ci­a­tion in order to con­clude the sell­ing process of your home. Also, the clos­ing attor­ney needs to print the home clos­ing check­list (PDF, 228 kB) to com­plete at or prior to the clos­ing. Thank you.
