They will be a General Membership meeting at the clubhouse on Saturday, September 14 @11:30am. All residents are invited to attend. Main topic on the agenda is deck replacement.
The pool will be closed on Wednesday, August 14th all day for maintenance work. It will reopen Thursday, August 15th at 8am
Drive carefully. County crews are out today repairing our broken curbs at the Boards request.
In the case of a clubhouse power outage, all of the pool gates will automatically unlock and remain unlocked until power is restored. The gates are operated by a magnetic lock system that requires power. If no one is available to monitor the pool, the pool gates will be chained shut for everyone’s safety. If a board member is available to go to the pool and monitor it, we will keep the pool open just as we did this past weekend.
Pool will be closed Monday, June 10 all day for a system upgrade. This should resolve any/all problems.

The board recognized Edgar Thompson and Richard Powell for all the years of service to the HOA is their various roles. They were presented with a plaque in their honor placed at the clubhouse

The banners have been placed at the entrances for the Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale this Saturday, April 20th. Advertised sales times are from 8am-3pm.
