The ban­ners have been placed at the entrances for the Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale this Saturday, April 20^th. Advertised sales times are from 8am-3pm.

Graduation is approach­ing fast. We will be order­ing the ban­ners for the front entrances soon. Please send us any names of high school grad­u­ates if you haven’t already done so. Banners will be ordered on Monday, April 22. Use con­tact form to give us your grad­u­ates name.

Spring cleanup day was a HUGE suc­cess. Thanks to all the res­i­dents that came and helped. Together we plant­ed flow­ers, refreshed the mulch, installed arti­fi­cial turf in the play area, installed a baby chang­ing table, child toi­let seat, set up and pow­er washed the pool fur­ni­ture. The main pool is ready for swim­mers. We are still wait­ing on repairs to the baby pool. Thanks again to all that helped — we could not do it with­out you!

Reminder: Pool and Tennis court hours are from 8am to 10pm. Children under 16 need be accom­pa­nied by an adult.

We need vol­un­teers! Spring Cleanup Day is this Saturday, April 13, begin­ning at 11am at the club­house. Some items on the to do list are: 

• Clean and set up the pool furniture
• Plant flow­ers and put down mulch
• Properly fit grass under play area and fix gate lock in play area
• Remove rot­ten wood bench­es around the gaze­bo and rebuild table area
• Clean grill and refill gas for the grill
• Cut back land­scape in club­house park­ing lot and cut back tree lean­ing on shed
• Install baby chang­ing sta­tion in bathroom 

This is a won­der­ful way to come out and meet your neigh­bors. The bounce house will be set up for the kids to play in. We will meet Friday evening at 6:30 pm to final­ize the plans for Saturday.

The HOA is look­ing to hire some­one to clean the pool bath­rooms biweek­ly dur­ing the sum­mer months. If you are inter­est­ed (or can rec­om­mend a com­pa­ny), please respond using the con­tact form.
