Drive care­ful­ly. County crews are out today repair­ing our bro­ken curbs at the Boards request. 

In the case of a club­house pow­er out­age, all of the pool gates will auto­mat­i­cal­ly unlock and remain unlocked until pow­er is restored. The gates are oper­at­ed by a mag­net­ic lock sys­tem that requires pow­er. If no one is avail­able to mon­i­tor the pool, the pool gates will be chained shut for everyone’s safe­ty. If a board mem­ber is avail­able to go to the pool and mon­i­tor it, we will keep the pool open just as we did this past weekend.

Pool will be closed Monday, June 10 all day for a sys­tem upgrade. This should resolve any/​all problems.

The board rec­og­nized Edgar Thompson and Richard Powell for all the years of ser­vice to the HOA is their var­i­ous roles. They were pre­sent­ed with a plaque in their hon­or placed at the clubhouse

They will be a General Membership meet­ing at the club­house on Saturday, May 18^th @11am. All res­i­dents are invit­ed to attend.

Also, mail­box­es are look­ing FANTASTIC — Thanks every­one for help­ing to make our neigh­bor­hood look­ing GREAT.

The ban­ners have been placed at the entrances for the Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale this Saturday, April 20^th. Advertised sales times are from 8am-3pm.

Graduation is approach­ing fast. We will be order­ing the ban­ners for the front entrances soon. Please send us any names of high school grad­u­ates if you haven’t already done so. Banners will be ordered on Monday, April 22. Use con­tact form to give us your grad­u­ates name.

Spring cleanup day was a HUGE suc­cess. Thanks to all the res­i­dents that came and helped. Together we plant­ed flow­ers, refreshed the mulch, installed arti­fi­cial turf in the play area, installed a baby chang­ing table, child toi­let seat, set up and pow­er washed the pool fur­ni­ture. The main pool is ready for swim­mers. We are still wait­ing on repairs to the baby pool. Thanks again to all that helped — we could not do it with­out you!

Reminder: Pool and Tennis court hours are from 8am to 10pm. Children under 16 need be accom­pa­nied by an adult.
