They will be a General Membership meet­ing at the club­house on Saturday, September 14 @11:30am. All res­i­dents are invit­ed to attend. Main top­ic on the agen­da is deck replacement.

The pool will be closed on Wednesday, August 14^th all day for main­te­nance work. It will reopen Thursday, August 15^th at 8am

Drive care­ful­ly. County crews are out today repair­ing our bro­ken curbs at the Boards request. 

In the case of a club­house pow­er out­age, all of the pool gates will auto­mat­i­cal­ly unlock and remain unlocked until pow­er is restored. The gates are oper­at­ed by a mag­net­ic lock sys­tem that requires pow­er. If no one is avail­able to mon­i­tor the pool, the pool gates will be chained shut for everyone’s safe­ty. If a board mem­ber is avail­able to go to the pool and mon­i­tor it, we will keep the pool open just as we did this past weekend.

Pool will be closed Monday, June 10 all day for a sys­tem upgrade. This should resolve any/​all problems.

The board rec­og­nized Edgar Thompson and Richard Powell for all the years of ser­vice to the HOA is their var­i­ous roles. They were pre­sent­ed with a plaque in their hon­or placed at the clubhouse

The ban­ners have been placed at the entrances for the Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale this Saturday, April 20^th. Advertised sales times are from 8am-3pm.
