New poles for the streetlights are being installed throughout the neighborhood. Thanks to EMC for the new poles.
New dues payment system ChedarUp was approved for residents to pay their 2026 dues. Residents will be able to pay dues by credit card, e‑check or by a traditional check.
Due to the rising costs of fixed bills, legal fees, and general maintenance costs, dues for 2026 will be $500.
