The HOA will be running an ad in the Newnan-Times Herald for 2 weeks leading up to the event. It has also been posted on the NextDoor App, which is seen by 31 surrounding subdivisions in the Coweta County area.

I will be at the clubhouse on Tuesday, May 2, from 6:00–7:30 pm and Thursday, May 4, from 6:00–7:30 pm handing out the new pool key cards. Please turn in your old pool key in order to receive the new one.
These are the last two dates I will be available to hand out the keys until June. I will not meet with people separately. If you don’t pick up your key, the final day to pick up your pool key will be Saturday, June 10, from 9:00–11:00am.
The pool will open May 6.
