Brookstone Park Homeowners Association

Graduation is approach­ing fast. We will be order­ing the ban­ners for the front entrances soon. Please send us the names of high school grad­u­ates if you haven’t already done so. Banners will be ordered on Wednesday, April 23. Use the con­tact form to give us your grad­u­ates name.

There will be a General Membership meet­ing at the club­house on Saturday, April 5 @11:30am. All res­i­dents are invit­ed to attend. Main top­ic on the agen­da is deck process and completion.

While the deck still needs some fin­ish­ing touch­es, the gates are open. The club­house, play ground area and ten­nis courts, are now avail­able for res­i­dent use. We are hop­ing that the gates are removed this week. Thanks every­one for you patience as this large project nears completion.

Don’t for­get t0 pay your dues before January 31 for the reduced rate of $400. Dues are $425 start­ing Feb 1 and start­ing on March 1^st dues are $450. If you need a form, click on the link below.

Checks can be dropped of in the mail­box at the club­house. It is locked inside and checked daily. 

2025 Dues form

Permits have been approved and the deck con­struc­tion will begin on Tuesday.   The pool area, bath­rooms, and play­ground  area will be closed to res­i­dents and the gates will be locked dur­ing con­struc­tion for safe­ty pur­pos­es.  The ten­nis courts will remain open for the project.   The club­house park­ing lot will be closed occa­sion­al­ly for the stor­age of con­struc­tion materials. 

Please place all HOA dues in the secured mail­box at the club­house entrance dur­ing con­struc­tion.  The mail­box will be checked daily.

The meet­ing was held on Saturday, December 7^th at 11:am

• The deck replace­ment time­line was dis­cussed. The con­trac­tor is wait­ing on per­mits to begin. As soon as he has them, demolition/​construction will begin. Projected com­ple­tion date is end of February. Deck total cost $50,738
• Pool gates will be locked once con­struc­tion starts for safety
• The 2024 PNL was discussed
• 2025 Budget was reviewed and approved
