There will be a gen­er­al mem­ber­ship meet­ing this Saturday, December 6^th at 11:30 at the HOA Clubhouse. We hope to see you there.

Have your lights on for neigh­bor­hood trick or treat­ing dur­ing the hours of 6 to 8pm. Also, be care­ful dri­ving on Friday and watch out for our lit­tle trick or treaters. Please remove cars parked on the road so that our lit­tle ghosts and gob­lins are eas­i­ly visible. 

Make sure to stop by 240 Brookstone Crest with your lit­tle ghosts and gob­lins for a spe­cial treat from your HOA. Get there ear­ly while the treat bags last!

New poles for the street­lights are being installed through­out the neigh­bor­hood. Thanks to EMC for the new poles.

New dues pay­ment sys­tem ChedarUp was approved for res­i­dents to pay their 2026 dues. Residents will be able to pay dues by cred­it card, e‑check or by a tra­di­tion­al check.

Due to the ris­ing costs of fixed bills, legal fees, and gen­er­al main­te­nance costs, dues for 2026 will be $500.

There will be a General Membership meet­ing at the club­house on Saturday, October 4 @11:30am. All res­i­dents are invit­ed to attend. Main top­ic on the agen­da is the 2026 bud­get and new dues pay­ment system.

Graduation is approach­ing fast. We will be order­ing the ban­ners for the front entrances soon. Please send us the names of high school grad­u­ates if you haven’t already done so. Banners will be ordered on Wednesday, April 23. Use the con­tact form to give us your grad­u­ates name.
