We have a new online club­house rental form. There is no longer a deposit to rent the club­house, only the fees for rentals.  The rental fee is still $25 for the club­house, $25 for the bot­tom floor and $25 for the bounce house. Go to Online Clubhouse reser­va­tions to reserve the club­house online.

Neighborhood garage sale date will be Saturday April 20^th

This year we are doing a Spring Cleanup Day down at the club­house on April 13^th at 10am. The board is look­ing for vol­un­teers to help with var­i­ous jobs. Please send us an email via the con­tact form if you are inter­est­ed in help­ing. More info to follow.

They will be a General Membership meet­ing at the club­house on Saturday, February 24 @ 11am. All res­i­dents are invit­ed to attend.

Also, reminder that HOA dues are now $425 (see form below) and are due by February 29. Starting on March 1, dues are $450. Please remit now to save.

Get your Holiday spir­it on and dec­o­rate for a chance to win the “Best Christmas Decorations” in the neigh­bor­hood con­test. Judges will be out on the night of December 17^th look­ing for the best dec­o­rat­ed homes. 

At the annu­al meet­ing on December 2, 2023, a new board of Directors was elect­ed. Your new­ly elect­ed board is:

The Brookstone Park Homeowners Association board has changed. Assuming the role of pres­i­dent will be Lisa Smith.  Richard Blackmon will be on the board and Kevin Lewis will be assist­ing dur­ing the changeover process.  Lisa has been on the board before and brings a lot of expe­ri­ence with her.  We would like to thank Scott for his hard work dur­ing the past five years and wish him the best. 

Brookstone Park is a great place to live and can always be bet­ter with sup­port from the home­own­ers who make it great.  Below you will find a self-nom­i­na­tion form. We will be seek­ing help with numer­ous posi­tions. If you are inter­est­ed, please fill out the form and return it to the club­house by Sunday, November 22, 2023.

We will have the homeowner’s asso­ci­a­tion meet­ing on December 02, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the club­house.  This will be the end of the year meet­ing and gen­er­al elec­tions. Please plan on being present and if you need a proxy form, they are locat­ed on the web­site under the Neighboorhood info tab.
