Congratulations to Richard and Etsuko Kalec, 10 Mossy Hollow, for win­ning the July 2011 Yard of the Month award.  Etsuko and grand­daugh­ter Kaiya are very happy to pose in their beau­ti­fully man­i­cured yard and are the pride of the cul-​​​​de-​​​​sac.

Congratulations to Anne Bennett, 125 Brookstone Crest, for win­ning the Yard of the Month award for June 2011.  Anne enjoys tend­ing to her yard and flowers.  You can cer­tainly appre­ci­ate the pride Anne takes in her beau­ti­ful property.

Congratulations to Esteller & Michael Sapp, 155 Chapman Oak, for their award win­ning yard for the month of May.  Their yard is always well man­i­cured and this is even more impres­sive given it is a large corner lot.
