General Homeowner meet­ing is sched­uled for this Saturday, November 15^th at 9:30am in the Clubhouse to dis­cuss self-nom­i­na­tion bal­lots and the event in December.

Community Yard Sale is Saturday, October 11^th from 8:00am to 2:00pm.  Signs will be placed at each entrance and a notice will be placed in the Newnan Times Herald.

Come join your neigh­bors at the pool for a Summer BBQ and a Family Movie Night. Feel free to bring your favorite side dish or dessert to share.  Hamburgers & Hotdogs will be provided.

The fam­i­ly movie will begin at dusk.

FYI.…

Pool salt cells quit pro­duc­ing chlo­rine so the cells need­ing replac­ing. Pool com­pa­ny replaced 1 cell yes­ter­day and will replace the oth­er tomorrow.

Pool is cloudy due to the pool com­pa­ny shock­ing water because of the salt cells not work­ing.  It will take a few days for the new cells to bal­ance and clear up the cloudiness.

The pool tiles were repaired and replaced yes­ter­day so the water lev­el is a lit­tle low.

We are sor­ry for the inconvenience.

According to the sher­if­f’s office, a bear was spot­ted by a res­i­dent ear­ly Sunday “around the area of Vaughn Road and Highway 154.”
