John J Reidelbach — will be at the Brookstone Park club­house Monday July 10^th at 6:30pm. John is our Coweta County com­mis­sion­er for dis­trict 4 and the chair­man of the board for this year.

Discussion top­ics include:

• SPLOST upcom­ing vote
• Increased prop­er­ty tax
• Posy Road project

John will also field ques­tions relat­ed to Coweta County, and specif­i­cal­ly dis­trict 4.

This is a great oppor­tu­ni­ty to hear tomor­rows news as it relates to things hap­pen­ing in our area, what to expect, and to voice sup­port or con­cerns as to the cur­rent and future direc­tion of our county.

Recently it came to our atten­tion the the Brookstone HOA con­tact form was not work­ing cor­rect­ly. It has not been send­ing the board your emails for about two months. Thanks to the help of Doug Waldron, we were able to fix the con­tact form and retrieve most your emails. We will try to respond to the mes­sages as fast as we can. Due to every­one’s hec­tic hol­i­day sched­ule, this year’s annu­al meet­ing will be January 3, at 7pm at the Brookstone Park clubhouse

At this time, we will give a report of Officers and Directors. and have the elec­tion of three Directors for the Board of the Brookstone Park Community Association. If you have any ques­tions, send us an email.

The real estate agent that rep­re­sents the land adja­cent to our neigh­bor­hood as well as across 154 (where the aban­don mobile home is cur­rent­ly), wants to meet with mem­bers of Brookstone Park to dis­cuss busi­ness­es that would be agree­able for her to pur­sue. The meet­ing is ten­ta­tive­ly set for next Wednesday ⁶⁄₂₉ at 6:30 at our club­house. This is an oppor­tu­ni­ty pro­vid­ed to us by John J Reidelbach. He has giv­en us the oppor­tu­ni­ty to have input into how our imme­di­ate area is devel­oped. Please let me know if you can attend, I want to make sure it’s worth the real­tors time.
